Long Weekend for Let us Cater – Hog RoastMay 22nd, 2013
Let us Cater travelled to Highclere near Newbury this weekend to cater at a Christening for 80 in a lovely garden setting. They placed the pig on the roaster at 0400 on Sunday morning and watched it cook for the next 9 hours. The 80 guests enjoyed a lunch of Roast Pork, stuffing, apple sauce, with various home made salads.
The hostess of the celebration said “The hog was perfect and the salads delicious. We have had a large number of complements about the food and that was all down to you, so thank you for all your hard work. I will certainly recommend your company. “
