Birthday Parties at The Bend Retreat

Let us Cater have spent part of the last two weekends at The Bend Retreat in Neacroft catering for  a 60th and then a 70th Birthday celebration. Both groups separately chose a  Let us Cater Dinner Party. So fresh local Asparagus with Courgette crumble, prawn cocktail stacks, chicken liver parfait, along with Lamb Rumps poached in Port, Chicken breast stuffed with pesto on a bed of sweet peppers were on the menus. Followed by baked strawberry cheesecake, pear and almond flan, chocolate  chip slice,or a trio of lemon sweets including posset, lemon tart and meringues with lemon cream.

Both groups enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and the food created by Garry and Teresa.

They said “Just a few lines to thank you both very much for the excellent meal you provided on Saturday 11th May at The Bend. I think excellent is a bit of an understatement!! Your attention to detail and friendly service was second to none. Be rest assured if we ever return to the area we will be in touch”
